Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS) has released this letter which expresses their opposition to the portions of SF 1959 that we also are opposed to.  This is significant since LELS by far represents the most active duty law enforcement professionals in the state.  Unlike what the proponents of this legislation say, not all of the “stakeholders” support this bill.
