There is a hearing in the Minnesota Court of Appeals this Thursday June 20th at 9:30 am CST on PERA’s motion to have the injunction we were granted last fall reversed. MNDDA is confident in our argument for our position and in our legal team, however we always want to see as many of our members show support for these hearings as possible.
If you wish to attend in person, the hearing will be held at the Minnesota Judicial Center located at 25 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in St Paul in room 200. Please be on time and wear appropriate business attire. This will not be an opportunity for protest or to send any particular message other than to show our support by being present in numbers (no signs etc.). We do not know the capacity of the courtroom, so we cannot say how many we need so please attend if you have the time.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can attend remotely via Zoom. Go to https://courts-state-mn-us.zoomgov.com/j/1616566129?pwd=ajQwa1ZVVm4rcmoyaFVONG1Nd0xGUT09 use Meeting ID: 161 656 6129 and Passcode: 582964. As with attending in person please make sure you show an appropriate appearance for a courtroom and follow the rules as if you were in there in person.
Please see the court instructions below for further details, we hope to see you there!
